The jacuzzi on the balcony room was a highlight of my stay at Paradise Saigon Boutique. The views from the 9th level were stunning and added to the overall experience. The breakfast provided was good, and I also enjoyed the included afternoon tea. Despite some dated decor, I had an enjoyable stay.
